MT74F
For applications requiring even greater productivity, Multiquip’s the MT74F 4-cycle rammer is the answer.
This rammer utilizes a high-performing Robin 4-cycle engine that provides an impressive 3,100
pounds (1,400 kg.) of impact force. At 161 pounds (73 kg.), the MT74F is tailor-made for almost
any demanding compaction application, particularly for contractors working in noise-sensitive areas
such as residential neighborhoods. The rammer’s laminated wood and steel shoe absorbs and withstands
shock and stress.
MT55F
The MT55F is an innovative 4-cycle Mikasa rammer that offers improvements from top to bottom.
It generates 2,250 pounds (1,000 kg) of impact force and weighs 126 pounds (57 kg). The rammer
is ideal for backfill compaction of underground trenches for water, gas, sewer and utility lines.
The MT55F is perfect for low-noise applications and its octagonal shoe lowers vibration
during use on small asphalt applications. The MT55F features a steel plate on the shoe bottom that
wraps around to protect the sides of the shoe.
