This popular tool makes quick, safe work of slitting innerduct or removing sheath and turnplate from communication cables. With a turn of the handle, the toothed wheel pulls the tool forward while the angled blade makes a clean cut. Blade guard protects conductors from damage.  Minimum cable diameter 1" (25 mm).  Slits 1" - 2" (25-51 mm) innerduct.
