The E-commerce page is open to the public and will
ask for no personal information until you decide to buy any products.
You can find what you are looking for by either using
the menu on the side of web page that is categorized in alphabetical
order or you can also use the search engine provided on each page to
help you locate a specific product
Why doesn't my login work ?
You have either entered a wrong log in or password.
If by chance you have forgotten your login id or password you can
retrieve it by filling out the correct information provided to you and
your login and password will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail you
have provided to us.
Who is responsible
for shipping my order out in a timely manner
We have a staff that checks all internet orders each
day on a regular basis to ensure that any orders received will be
processed accordingly
What is the time period that my order
will ship ?
Orders processed before noon will usually ship that
day if in stock. If not there will be at least a 7 day waiting
period. Usually all items will be in stock but for special orders on
any non stock items there will be that waiting period depending on the
product that is ordered .
What are my options for shipping ?
All orders under a certain amount of weight will be
shipped out using UPS ground or unless specified by you selecting from
the drop down menu. It will have UPS Red (overnight), UPS Blue(2nd day)
, 3 Day Select or Ground. On weights requiring LTL Companies we
will ship out using the Best Way.
How do I
track my shipments
You can call us or e-mail us for your UPS tracking
Number and then you can
cut and paste it into the site for UPS Tracking

or call UPS at 1-800-742-5877
Can we use our preferred Trucking
Company ?
Yes you may use your specified LTL, Common Carrier
or TL to transport your order but there will be a handling fee added to
your order.
Does Net-Tech D.I. have a policy
regarding my privacy on the Web ?
Net-Tech Distributing, Inc. is committed to
protecting your privacy. Any information we collect will only be used
to process orders, provide support or service, and assist in the
resolution or diagnosis of system questions or problems. We will never
disclose to an unaffiliated third party the following information: (i)
the files or materials residing on Net-Tech Distributing, Inc. storage
devices or its network of shared server computers which are not
otherwise viewable from the Web; or (ii) your name, address, phone
number, credit card, debit card, banking information, electronic funds
transfer information, e-mail or alias e-mail address, or other specific
personal identifying information, unless you provide express written
permission in advance.
