Why doesn't my log-in work ?

You have either entered a wrong log-in or password. If by chance you have forgotten your log-in id or password you can retrieve it by filling out the correct information provided to you and your log-in and password will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail you have provided to us.

Who is responsible for shipping my order out in a timely manner ?

We have a staff that checks all internet orders each day on a regular basis to ensure that any orders received will be processed accordingly

What is the time period that my order will ship ?

Orders processed before noon will usually ship that day if in stock. If not there will be at least a 7 day waiting period. Usually all items will be in stock but for special orders on any non stock items there will be that waiting period depending on the product that is ordered .

What are my options for shipping ?

All orders under a certain amount of weight will be shipped out using UPS ground or unless specified by you selecting from the drop down menu. It will have UPS Red (overnight), UPS Blue(2nd day) , 3 Day Select or Ground. On weights requiring LTL Companies we will ship out using the Best Way.

How do I track my shipments ?

You will get an email when the status of your order has been updated. There will be a link in the email to view your status and it will have the tracking number there. Or call us at (1-800-290-7752) or email us  and we will be happy to help you.

Can we use our preferred Trucking Company ?

Yes you may use your specified LTL, Common Carrier or TL to transport your order but there will be a handling fee added to your order.

Does Net-Tech D.I. have a policy regarding my privacy on the Web ?

Net-Tech Distributing, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect will only be used to process orders, provide support or service, and assist in the resolution or diagnosis of system questions or problems.
