Polywater® PJ is a pourable version of the popular Polywater® J High Performance Pulling
Lubricant. "PJ" offers the same proven features as "J" in such key areas as
lubricity, cable compatibility*, residue fire resistance, and ease of
cleanup--yet it's easier to apply where pouring is practical.
Polywater® WPJ (winter grade) has the same characteristics as Polywater® Lubricant PJ and is specially formulated for use in temperatures as low as -20°F
(-30°C).
Why a Pourable Lubricant?
Application! Convenience!!
For the horizontal pulls typical in underground construction, "PJ" pours
directly into the feeder or guide funnel, avoiding the mess of hand
application. No need to touch or handle the lube . . . less cleanup time!
"PJ" is easier to pump than the gel lubricants. It's less strenuous to
pump a few gallons into the conduit.
"PJ's" viscosity makes it easier to spread the lubricant throughout a
conduit, providing effective lubrication at all friction points.
